Guardian Windows’ text messaging program sends communications to customers and prospective customers who have opted in. Messages may include:

  • Promotional offers, including current installation and pricing promotions
  • Customer service responses
  • Program updates

2. How to Opt In

You can opt in to receive SMS messages from Guardian Windows by:

  • Submitting a contact form on our website at www.guardianwindowsllc.com and agreeing to the consent disclosure
  • Texting START to 801-459-7529
  • Providing verbal or written consent during a call or in-person interaction with a Guardian Windows representative

By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber of the phone number provided or have authorization to provide it.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Guardian Windows. You may receive messages related to scheduling, follow-ups, and promotional offers. Frequency typically ranges from occasional to several messages per month depending on your engagement.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, depending on your plan. Guardian Windows is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.

5. How to Opt Out

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any message you receive from us
  • Contacting us at info@guardianwindowsllc.com or 801-459-7529 to request removal

After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

6. How to Request Deletion of Your Information

To have your information deleted from our records entirely, you can:

  • Text DELETE to 801-459-7529

9. Privacy

Your use of our text messaging program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://legal.guardianwindowsllc.com/privacy-policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

10. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to receive text messages from Guardian Windows. By opting in, you confirm you meet this eligibility requirement.

11. Service Area

Guardian Windows’ services are available in Utah County, Salt Lake County, and the Ogden area in Utah; the Boise area in Idaho; and the Phoenix area in Arizona.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation in the text messaging program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
